Kit Consulting is the Spanish Government's aid program that allows SMEs like yours to design the roadmap for their digital transformation.

What is the help?

It is a Digital Advisory Voucher endowed with an amount that you must use in the hiring of advisory services. The amount varies depending on the size of your company

Who is it aimed at?

The advisory services provided by the Kit Consulting Program are aimed at small and medium-sized companies with between 10 and less than 250 employees.

How does the program work?

Step 1

The beneficiary company must use the granted voucher in the hiring of one or more advisory services from the Program Catalog.

Step 2

Digital Advisors will perform the advisory service chosen by the company and guide the SME in the steps it must follow to continue with its digitization process.

Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Basic)

The digital agent will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your basic cybersecurity plan, the service provided will allow you to:

  1. Know the current situation of your SME against risks, identifying the most valuable assets and data for your activity.

  2. Ensure the continuity of your SME against possible security incidents, minimizing the risk of interruptions in business activity.

  3. Develop and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.

  4. Define and establish together with you, a personalized cybersecurity strategy in the short and medium term.

  5. Comply with regulations and security standards related to data protection and information security.

  6. Prepare the basic documentation for the implementation of an ISMS (ISO27001 and ENS medium-high) for a core service offered to clients or AAPP.

  7. Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate techniques, in the area of cybersecurity.

  8. Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of cybersecurity.

Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Advanced)

The digital agent will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your advanced cybersecurity plan, the service provided will allow you to:

  1. Analyze and carry out penetration tests and analysis of possible vulnerabilities in your SME knowing the technological and operational environment in which you operate.

  2. Implement cybersecurity procedures and tools for the daily management of your SME. In this way you can prevent threats, detect them and respond to them.

  3. Proactively protect your SME against attacks directed at data, improving resistance and response capacity to threats.

  4. Raise awareness among your employees about the importance of cybersecurity and promote an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.

  5. Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of cybersecurity.

  6. Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate techniques, in the

Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Certification Preparation)

The adhered digital advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your advanced cybersecurity plan, the service provided will allow you to:

  1. Analyze and carry out penetration tests and analysis of possible vulnerabilities in your SME knowing the technological and operational environment in which you operate.

  2. Review your cybersecurity policies, plans and procedures, identifying deficiencies and areas for improvement.

  3. Proactively protect your SME against attacks directed at data, improving resistance and response capacity to threats.

  4. Raise awareness among your employees about the importance of cybersecurity and promote an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.

  5. Prepare the documentation so that you can present to the certification of your ISMS for a core service that they offer to clients or AAPP (ISO27001 and ENS medium-high, according to the CCN-STIC 825 Guide). Certification not included.

  6. Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate techniques, in the area of cybersecurity.
